Carlos

I’m Carlos, an Andalusian graphic designer and art director living in Australia. Guardaconsumo is a nickname that my grandparents gave me when I was a kid so as a way to preserve their memory I took it to create a brand that doesn’t forget my background and grows as far as I go. I began my career as a graphic designer in The Netherlands, working for Mine Kafon and Silk Cooking and since then I’ve been developing my creative art director skills with brands like Mercedes Benz, Tourism Comunitat Valenciana, La Vie Foods, and NIBC. I’m proud to have been awarded Gold Young Talent at La Lluna Advertising Fest 2021 which is the best portfolio of my master’s degree promotion.

My interests are creativity, illustration, posters, mockups, diversity, food, cocktails, green solutions, social movements, advertising, philosophy, experimental music, abstract art, secret parties, weird typographies, and work on projects for people/brands that make good impact.
