I’ve been lucky to be in some incredible teams in the last 25 years.
Likeminded souls who don’t wait for briefs to be written.
Who believe in ideas that make a real difference in the world.
My passion lies in innovative new media solutions with the power to change human behaviour.
That could be co-inventing a smart outdoor smoke detector network that reduces the impact of bushfires for Australians.
Or getting a testicular cancer message into the middle of a porn film.
Or calling up the President of Palau with an idea for a passport pledge to treat the islands with care.
Or opening a much-needed virtual pub during Covid-19.
And while helping make ideas like these a reality, whether I’m one of the creatives
or a Creative Director, there’s always Brand Comms to be written.
Be it a website, an eDM, a film script, a social post, a print ad, or the back of a bogroll pack.
(Even when bogroll sells itself.)
So I roll up my sleeves and write it.
Because it’s the craft that turns innovative thinking into a lasting part of culture.
Only then can you change behaviour.

And quite possibly, save lives.
