Victoria Perry

Adelaide based, with the ability to travel and work interstate.

Victoria is a Costume Designer & Maker primarily working between Tarndanya/Adelaide and Warrang/Sydney.

Recently being named one of Inside Film Magazines 2023 Rising Stars in Costume Design, Victoria has trained in Film and Theatre, completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Costume and becoming the 2019 recipient of the Judith Meschke award for Costume Excellence, awarded by the National Institute of Dramatic Art.

Her recent experience has spanned both Australian and international productions and has designed costumes for both short and feature films such as Stakeout Films’ debut thriller ‘You’ll Never Find Me’.

Victoria has worked as a Costume Maker for films such as Furiosa, Thor: Love and Thunder, Three Thousand Years of Longing and Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.

As a designer and collaborator, Victoria is naturally drawn to colour and texture, having a special interest in textile design and manipulation, she draws on this and her experience in Costume construction to help bring interesting and considered characters to life.

Victoria now bases herself in her home state of South Australia and acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where she lives and works, the Kaurna people and pays her respects to Elders past and present.
